Dust and Scratches command

If your image has a lot of minor imperfections, you can use the Dust and Scratches filter to quickly remove the defects. The filter reduces defects by changing dissimilar pixels.
To achieve a balance between sharpening the image and hiding defects, try various radius and threshold settings. Or apply the filter to selected areas of the image.
